摘　　要：研究 Ｂｒｏｗｄｅｒ 不动点定理， 得到 Ｂｒｏｗｄｅｒ 不动点定理之一新的推广定理及其几种等价形式·　作为应用，研究了最近点和不动点的存在性问题·The purpose of this paper is to obtain a generalization of the famous Browder's fixed point theorem and some equivalent forms. As application, these results are utilized to study the existence problems of fixed points and nearest points.
