摘  要:提出了一种结合带料跟踪和卷取松紧度因子的卷径计算模型,其特点是便于卷径计算精度的修正;提出的带钢尾部长度计算理论完整地描绘了带尾的物理状态,用于尾部定位控制确保了尾部定位的精度;提出的1B托卷辊下降高度模型准确地描绘了其运动轨迹,用于实践取得了良好的控制效果。在工程应用中详细讨论了数学模型应用的难点和实现方法。First in this paper a coil diameter calculation model is proposed. The model, working together with bar tracking and taking coil looseness factor into account in the diameter calculation, features in easy modification to accuracy of coil diameter calculation. To ensure the positioning accuracy of coil tail, a bar tail length calculation algorithm is presented as well that gives a more comprehensive description of the physical status of bar tail. As proposed in this paper, the height lowering model of cradle roll 1 B can calculate accurately the reference of the roll height, and consequently achieve satis- factory control of roll height in practice. The key issues regarding to realization and application of the proposed models are discussed in detail in the last part of this paper
