摘  要:选取240日龄健康如皋黄鸡80只,随机分成4组,每组设5个重复,每个重复4只。对照组基础日粮添加60mg/kg铁(硫酸亚铁),3个试验组分别再添加血红素铁4、8、12mg/kg,试验期21d,研究日粮中不同血红素铁水平对蛋黄铁量、蛋品质、蛋鸡生产性能的影响。结果表明,试验组与对照组相比,饲喂3周,蛋黄中铁的含量分别提高93.20%、72.84%和95.95%(P<0.05);试验组和对照组产蛋性能和蛋品质差异不显著(P>0.05);试验组蛋黄色泽、新城疫、H5和H9亚型禽流感抗体水平都有不同程度的提高。In order to study the effect of different levels of heine iron on egg iron deposition,egg quality and the production performance of layers,80 Rugao yellow hens of 240-day-age were randomly divided into 4 groups with 5 replicates,4 hens per each replicate. The basal diet of control group was supplemented with 60 mg/kg iron (ferrous sulfate),while 3 experimental groups were added heine iron 4.mg/kg,g mg/kg and 12 mg/kg,respectively. Compared with the control group,egg yolk color, antibodies against Newcastle disease virus,H5 and H9 subtypes of avian influenza virus of experimental groups increased significantly and iron content of egg yolk was increased by 93.20% ,72.84% and 95.95%,respectively (P〈0.05),and there was no obvious difference in laying performance and egg quality (P〉0.05).
