摘 要:目的测定大蒜素对耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)和白念珠菌(C.alb)的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)、抗菌药后效应(PAE)和抗菌后亚抑菌浓度效应(PASME)。方法取临床分离的MRSA和C.alb各1株,以肉汤稀释法测定大蒜素MIC;以菌落计数法测定菌落形成单位(CFU),根据CFU做生长曲线,计算PAE和PASME。结果大蒜素对MRSA的MIC为2.0mg/L,对C.alb的MIC为0.5 mg/L;大蒜素对MRSA的PAE为2.15h,对C.alb的PAE为3.22 h;0.3、0.2、0.1MIC的大蒜素对MRSA的PASME分别为0.07、0.11和0.02 h,对C.alb的PASME分别为1.36、1.61和0.17h。结论大蒜素对本次临床分离的MRSA和C.alb的PAE和PASME均为正值,提示其可能有较好的抗菌效果。Objectives To measure the minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC),post antibiotic effect(PAE) and post antibiotic sub-MIC effect(PASME) of allicin against methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA) and Candida albicans in vitro.Methods MIC were detected by broth macrodilution method.The numbers of CFU on plates were counted,and the growth curves of bacteria were drawn according to CFU counts.PAE and PASME were calculated with the curves.Results The MIC of MRSA and Candida albicans against allicin was 2.0 and 0.5 mg/L,respectively.The PASME of allicin against MRSA(at 0.3,0.2,0.1 times of MIC) was 0.07,0.11 and 0.02 h respectively,and the PASME of allicin against Candida albicans(at 0.3,0.2,0.1 times of MIC) was 1.36,1.61,0.17 h respectively.Conclusions Allicin showed good efficacy and positive PAE and PASME to MRSA and Candida albicans,and the results may be useful for clinical application of allicin.
