摘 要:国家通过政府组织或通过市场运作方式配置社会资源,其实质上是两种社会生活的组织方式。组织认同是社会资源配置机制在组织中通过个体与组织交换资源所形成结果的具体表现与反映。调查结果表明:两种资源配置方式都有助于员工组织认同的实现,但资源控制特点对组织认同有重要影响,员工组织认同与市场发育程度呈现出反梯度关系。国家同构的企业员工组织认同与中国社会的社会整合特点以及中国人社会心理的积淀特点有关。The state allocates the social resources by way of government organizations or by way of market operation,which are substantially two kinds of organizational mode of social activities.Organizational identity is a concrete performance and reflection of social resource allocation mechanism in the organization which comes into being by way of exchanging resource results between the individual and the organization.According to the survey results,both kinds of resources allocation mode contribute to the achievements of the organizational identity,but the characteristics of resources control have important influence on organization identity and there is an anti-steps relation between the employee's organizational identity and the level of market cultivation.The organizational identity of the employees with the same structure is related to the social integration features of Chinese society and the national social and psychological accumulation of the Chinese people.
