摘 要:借助MATLAB曲线拟合功能,将实验测得橡胶合金材料的邵氏硬度转变为弹性模量。并利用ADINA流固耦合求解器对平面板条式水润滑橡胶合金轴承在中低速条件下的润滑性能进行2D数值仿真,得到水膜的压力分布、速度分布、承压区水膜厚度分布、线承载能力以及板条橡胶衬层的变形情况。结果表明:橡胶弹性变形对轴承润滑特性影响显著,轴承的线承载能力随转速的增加而增加;承载区板条压力大、水膜薄,易发生磨损,需实时监测,以保证设备运转精度和安全。Shore hardness of rubber alloy obtained through experiments was transformed to the elastic Modulus by employing curve-fitting capability of MATLAB.By using ADINA's fluid-structure interactions solver,2-D numerical simulation for the lubrication performance of flat-slab type water lubricated rubber alloy bearing was carried out under low rotating speed conditions.The pressure distribution,velocity profile,film thickness distribution,line load of the water lubricating film and the elastic deformation of slat-rubber lining were all obtained through the simulation.The results show that the elastic deformation of rubber has a significant influence on lubrication performance of the bearing and the line load carrying capacity increases along with the increasing rotation speed.The flat-slabs in the load-bearing areas where the water film is thin suffer high pressure,so they might be prone to wear.Thus real-time monitoring of them is necessary to ensure the accuracy and security during the operation of the equipment.
