摘　　要：目的了解我国社区卫生服务机构绩效考核发展现状,分析目前社区卫生服务机构绩效考核体系的结构,总结指标筛选方法、评价方法及考核维度,为建立完善的社区卫生服务机构绩效考核体系提供思路。方法对有关社区卫生服务机构绩效考核的文献进行半定量分析。结果社区卫生服务机构绩效考核研究经历了从理论性研究到应用性研究的过程,研究方法逐渐由描述性向方法学研究发展;目前国内考核体系种类较多,缺乏统一标准,考核结果在全国范围内缺乏可比性。Objective ：To investigate the development status of performance evaluation on community health service institutions in China, analyze the current composition of performance evaluation system, summarize screening and evaluating indicators and dimensions of assessment, and provide references for improving its performance evaluation system. Methods ： Literatures on performance evaluation of community health service institutions were studied with semi - quantitative analysis method. Results ： Performance evaluation on community health service institutions had evolved from theoretical research to applicable research. Research methods gradually progressed from descriptive research to methodology research. There had many kinds of evaluation systems in China, but they did not follow uniform standards, which resulted in incomparable evaluation conclusion nationwide.
