金针菇废料栽培平菇试验研究

摘　　要：淮北地区普遍栽培的食用菌主要是平菇和金针菇,由于金针菇生产周期短,其分解纤维素和木质素的能力也比平菇弱,生产结束,其培养基中仍有大量未被利用的有机成分,容易滋生害虫,不便于还田作有机肥,造成金针菇废料堆积闲置。为找出一条合理利用金针菇废料的途径,特设置用金针菇废料栽培平菇的试验。平菇菌丝在金针菇废料含量不同各培养基中都能生长,且平菇菌丝的生长速度、长势与金针菇废料含量呈显著的线性关系,以金针菇废料与棉籽壳的配比为3∶7的培养基中,平菇菌丝的生长速度和长势表现为最好,超过了不含金针菇废料的对照组,所以,含适当比例金针菇废料的培养基可以用来栽培平菇,即降低平菇栽培的成本以产生经济效益,又由于平菇分解培养基比较彻底,废料可直接还田以产生生态效益。Pleurotus ostreatus and Flammulina velutipes（Fr.）Sing.were edible fungi which were cultivated generally in Huaibei region.Because the yielding period of the Flammulina velutipes（Fr.）Sing.was short and its power of decomposing of fibrin and cellulose was feebler than Pleurotus ostreatus,when the work of producing the Flammulina velutipes（Fr.）Sing.was over,there were still many organic materious which couldn＇t be broken down in the culture medium of the Flammulina velutipes（Fr.）Sing..This status would lead to the flotsam of the Flammulina velutipes（Fr.）Sing.pileup and leave unused.The mycelial of Pleurotus ostreatus can grow in every culture medium in which the flotsam of the Flammulina velutipes（Fr.）Sing.was different.There were remarkable relationship of linearity between the mycelial growth speed and growth vigor and the amount of the flotsam of the Flammulina velutipes（Fr.）Sing..When the proportion of the flotsam of the Flammulina velutipes（Fr.）Sing.and the shell of cottonseed was 3：7,the expression of the mycelial was the best,and surpass the team of comporison.The results not only can reduce the cost of cultivating Pleurotus ostreatus and increase the economic benefit,but also the flotsam of Pleurotus ostreatus can be returned to farm straightly.
