摘　　要：首先界定管理学研究方法体系的内涵和构成,并结合管理学的发展阶段对管理学研究方法体系的形成过程进行了论述,在此基础上探讨了管理科学化、管理学自身研究范式、中国管理情景这三个与管理学研究方法体系发展密切相关的重要问题。Firstly, the article defined the eontent and composition of the management research methodology, and then discussed the formation process of the management research methodology combined with the development stage of the management. After that, it studied three important questions of the scientific management, the management＇ s own research paradigm and the Chinese management context, which closely related to development of the management research methodology.
