摘 要:[目的]掌握黔南州8~10岁学生尿碘水平,为控制学生碘缺乏病采取相应措施。[方法]在黔南州各县(市)中,每县(市)按照东、西、南、北、中5个方位各抽取1个乡镇,每个乡镇抽取1所小学,每所小学抽取8~10岁学生20名随意一次性尿样,共计1200份尿样,检测其尿碘。[结果]黔南州8~10岁学生尿碘中位数属于碘营养水平中可能碘营养过量,在碘营养水平构成比中,碘营养不足占6.0%,适宜碘营养占42.5%,基本适宜碘营养占24.0%,可能碘营养过量占51.5%。[结论]根据每个学生的不同情况,进行减少或补充以及保持碘元素的摄入,保证学生适宜的碘营养。[Objective]To investigate the iodine level of 8-10 years old students,so as to provide related measures to control student's iodine status.[Methods]In the counties of Qiannanzhou,we collected one county in five directions,including east,west,south,north and medium,and collected on primary school in each county,and collected 20 students aged 8 to 10 years old in each primary school.A total of 1200 urine samples were collected,and the urine iodine was detected.[Results]The median of urine iodine of 8-10 years old students showed to iodine excess.6% of the students showed iodine deficiency,and 42.5% of them showed moderate iodine status,24% of them showed basic moderate iodine status,and 51.5% of them showed iodine excess.[Conclusion]According to the different situation of students,we should decrease,supplement and maintain the intake of iodine,and maintain the iodine nutrition of students.
