复方丹参注射液治疗白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术后迟发性葡萄膜炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察复方丹参注射液治疗白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术后迟发性葡萄膜炎的临床疗效。[方法]74眼白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术后迟发性葡萄膜炎患者根据治疗方法不同随机分为观察组36眼,应用复方丹参注射液治疗,对照组38例,应用糖皮质激素治疗,对两组的疗效进行对比观察。[结果]两组患者随诊1～3年,眼部葡萄膜炎均无复发。两组疗效比较,无统计学差异(P﹥0.05)。观察组患者治疗过程中眼压、血糖和血压升高水平无明显变化;对照组7例血压升高,9例血糖升高,3例眼压升高。[结论]单纯运用复方丹参注射液治疗白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术后迟发性葡萄膜炎疗效与激素治疗相似。[Objective]To observe the compound Danshen injection phacoemulsification Delayed intraocular lens implantation in uveitis clinical efficacy.[Methods]74 eyes of cataract phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation in patients with late-onset uveitis were divided into two groups according to the different treatment methods,including observation group（36 eyes）and control group（38 eyes）.The application of compound Danshen injection was administrated in observation group,and 38 cases got glucocorticoid treatment was regarded as control group.The efficacy of the two groups was compared.[Results]The patients were followed up for 1-3 years,and no recurrence of uveitis eye was found.There was no significant difference in the two groups（P﹥0.05）.The intraocular pressure,blood glucose and blood pressure levels did not significantly change during the treatment.The control group,7 cases showed high blood pressure,9 cases showed elevated the blood glucose and 3 case showed elevated intraocular pressure.[Conclusion]Danshen injection in treatment of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation delayed uveitis showed similar effect with the hormone similar.
