卡培他滨联合放疗对直肠癌的疗效影响

摘　　要：[目的]探讨卡培他滨联合放疗对直肠癌的疗效影响。[方法]将我院2008年7月～2010年8月收治的82例直肠癌患者随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组40例采用卡培他滨单药治疗,治疗组42例采用卡培他滨联合放疗治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、生存时间、1年和2年生存率以及不良反应发生情况,并进行统计分析。[结果]治疗组客观有效率为30.9%高于对照组的12.5%,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);治疗组疾病控制率达78.6%,明显高于对照组的57.5%,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);治疗组的生存时间、1、2年生存率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。[结论]卡培他滨联合放疗治疗直肠癌效果优于单一的卡培他滨治疗,值得推广应用。[Objective]To evaluate the efficacy of capecitabine combined with radiotherapy on rectal cancer.[Methods]82 cases patients with rectal cancer were randomly divided into control group and treatment group who our hospital received from Jul.2008 to Aug.2010.The control group of 40 cases was treated with capecitabine and the treatment group of 42 patients was treated with capecitabine combined with radiotherapy.We compared the clinical effect,survival time,survival rates for 1-year and 2-year and adverse reactions of the two groups.[Results]The effective rate of treatment group was 30.9%,which was higher than the 12.5% of control group,there was significant difference between the two groups（P﹤0.05）;The control rate of treatment group was 78.6%,which is significantly higher than the 57.5% of control group,significant difference was found between them（P﹤0.05）;The survival rates for 1-year and 2-year and adverse reactions of treatment group were higher than that of control group,and there was significant difference between them（P﹤0.05）.[Conclusion]Capecitabine combined with radiotherapy is more suitable for rectal cancer and should be worthy of widespread use.
