摘 要:目的 探讨神经阻滞剂对抽动障碍患儿甲状腺功能的影响。 方法 采用放射免疫分析法( RIA)测定用药组35 例及未用药组21 例患儿的血清TSH、FT3 、FT4 浓度。 结果 用药组TSH 较未用药组略低,但所有激素水平比较均无显著性差异( P> 0 .05) 。本研究发现,用药组年龄较小者TSH 水平较年龄大者高,但这种差别无统计学意义( P> 0 .05) 。另外,用药时间长者TSH、FT4 浓度较高,但也无显著性差异( P> 0 .05) 。男女患儿激素水平无差异( P> 0 .05) 。 结论 神经阻滞剂对甲状腺功能可能有一定影响。Objective To study the influence of neuroleptics(NL) on the thyroid function in children with tic disorders. Methods The authors adopted RIA technique to determine serum concentrations of TSH,FT 3 and FT 4 in the total of 56 children with tic disorders. These children were devided into two groups: the NL treated group ( n =35) and untreated group ( n =21). Results The mean of TSH in treated group was slightly lower than that in untreated group, but no significant difference in any serum value of thyroid hormones was found between these two groups ( P >0.05). In the treated group,the mean of TSH was higher in the younger than that in the older, the value of TSH and FT 4 were higher for the children who were treated longer, while no significant difference was noted on age, the duration of treatment and sex. Conclusions Neuroleptics may have some influence on the thyroid function of children with tic disorders.
