经颅超声多普勒及影象学检查对钩体脑动脉炎患者的随访比较

摘　　要：采用非损伤性检查──经颅超声多普勒（TCD）对用药物治疗＞1年的17例钩体脑动脉炎患者进行随访观察，同时用影象学检查（MRI，MRA）进行治疗前后对比。结果：颅内大血管的狭窄程度并未随患者症状的缓解而改善。提示症状的改善与侧枝循环有关。The over one-year follow-up of the patients with leptospiral cerebral arteritis were per formed by using transcranial Doppler (TCD), and the results were compared with those by MRI/MRA. The stenose of the major vessels in the cranial basal region still existed when the clinical symptoms improved. It was suggested that the establishment of the side paths of the vessels could be associated with the improvement of the symptoms.
