摘 要:目的观察石榴皮醇提物对高脂血症模型大鼠的降血脂作用。方法将70只SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、石榴皮醇提物低、中、高剂量组(400、800、1600 mg/kg)、阳性对照组。正常对照组和模型组给予等体积生理盐水,各给药组给予相应剂量的药物。连续给药4周后麻醉处死动物,测定各组大鼠血清甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)的含量。结果与正常对照组比较,模型组TC、TG、LDL-C、MDA、TNF-α明显升高(P<0.05),HDL-C、SOD明显下降(P<0.05);与模型组比较,石榴皮醇提物高剂量组、中剂量组、阳性对照组TC、TG、LDL-C、MDA、TNF-α明显降低(P<0.05),HDL-C、SOD明显升高(P<0.05);石榴皮醇提物中、高剂量组TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C、MDA与阳性对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),而SOD、TNF-α与阳性对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论石榴皮醇提物有较好的降血脂作用,其降脂机制可能是通过提高抗氧化作用、减少脂质过氧化产物实现的。Objective To observe the lipid-lowering effect of ethanol extracts from Pericarpium Granati(EEPG). Methods Seventy SD rats were randomly divided into control group, model group, low-dose EEPG group (400 mg/kg), middle-dose EEPG group (800 mg/kg), high-dose EEPG group (1600 mg/kg), and positive control group. The medication groups were given corresponding drugs according to the experimental design, and the normal control group and the model group was administered with the same volume of physical saline. After treatment for 4 continuous weeks, the rats were killed with anesthesia, and the serum levels of triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), superoxide dismutase(SOD), malondialdehyde(MDA), tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α) were measured in rats of each group. Results Compared with the normal control group, the outcomes of TC, TG, LDL-C, MDA and TNF-α in the model group were increased apparently (P 〈 0.05) , and HDL-C and SOD decreased apparently (P 〈 0.05). Compared with the model group, the outcomes Of TC, TG, LDL-C, MDA and TNF-α were deceased apparently (P 〈 0.05), and HDL-C, SOD increased apparently (P 〈 0.05) in high-and middledose groups and positive control group. Compared with the positive control group, there was no significant differences in the outcomes of TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C and MDA in high and middle dosage groups (P 〉 0.05), but there was significant differences in the outcomes of SODand TNF-α. Conclusion EEPG exerts certain lipid-lowering effect, and its mechanism may be related with the increase of anti-oxidation and with the reduction of lipid peroxidation.
