摘　　要：目的评价2种吐温80及其配制的鱼腥草注射液静脉给药对豚鼠的致敏性。方法采用全身主动过敏试验方法,豚鼠分别腹腔注射各组受试药液以致敏,致敏期间每日观察动物状态。末次致敏后第11天,各组豚鼠由足趾静脉注射2倍致敏剂量的相应药液进行激发,激发给药前15 min及激发后连续40 min观察豚鼠的反应,记录症状出现、消失时间,评价动物反应症状。激发停药后40 min取血,ELISA方法检测血浆IgE、组胺含量,并结合反应症状结果综合评价致敏性。结果各组豚鼠致敏期间无异常反应,激发后综合判定致敏性,卵白蛋白阳性对照组、0.5%吐温80(1)组可诱发豚鼠过敏反应阳性,其他各组均未诱发豚鼠出现典型的过敏反应。结论控制吐温80质量,并将浓度限定在0.25%及以下,可在保证药物增溶效果的同时避免过敏反应的发生。在进行豚鼠全身主动过敏试验时,以豚鼠反应症状为主要指标,血浆IgE、组胺升高为辅助指标综合判定致敏性,可在一定程度上提高试验的灵敏性。Objective To evaluate the sensitization to guinea pigs of different Tween 80 solutions and Houttuynia cordata injection containing Tween 80. Methods Applying active systemic anaphylaxis （ASA）tests, we gave the corresponding experimental injections to guinea pigs by intraperitoneal injection for immunization, and the situation of animals were monitored every day. Double doses of allergen were injected from the digital veins of foot to stimulate on the l lth days after the last sensitization, and the anaphylaxis situation of animals were observed from 15 rain before stimulation to 40 min after stimulation. The time for allergic response appearance and disappearance was recorded, and the manifestations of allergic response were observed. Blood samples were collected 40 rain after stimulation for the observation of plasma IgE and histamine contents by ELISA method. The results of sensitization to guinea pigs were assess synthetically by observation of allergic response manifestations and plasma IgE and histamine contents. Results No abnormal reactions were found during sensitization period. The final evaluations of sensitization suggested that allergic response in the ovalbumin（OVA） positive control group and 0.5 % Tween 80 （1） solution group was positive, and was not induced in other groups. Conclusion By controlling the quality of Tween 80 and setting the concentration of Tween 80 below 0.25 %, it is possible to avoid the occurrence of anaphylactic reactions and enhancing the effect of solubilization simultaneously. With the manifestations of allergic reaction in guinea pigs as major index, and with plasma IgE and histamine as adjunct index, it is helpful to increase the sensitivity during ASA test.
