内障丸对青春期PCOS大鼠血清中免疫细胞因子TNF-α和IL-6的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨内障丸对青春期PCOS大鼠血清中的免疫细胞因子TNF-α和IL-6的影响。方法:以24日龄雌性SD清洁大鼠为研究对象,应用皮下埋植左炔诺孕酮硅胶棒联合皮下注射HCG法建立多囊卵巢动物模型,运用光镜、HE染色、免疫组化技术等方法,检测大鼠造模前后及给药前后血清中的免疫细胞因子TNF-α和IL-6的影响。结果:造模后,模型组IL-6、TNF-α水平与正常对照比较明显升高。就IL-6而言,经内障丸治疗后,内障丸治疗高、中、低剂量组均有明显降低。对TNF-α而言,内障丸治疗高、中、低剂量较模型组均有明显降低。结论:内障丸可以降低PCOS大鼠血清中的免疫细胞因子IL-6和TNF-α水平,提示内障丸可以改善PCOS的免疫内环境。Objective：To evaluate the NeiZhang pill for adolescence PCOS rats in the serum of immune cell factors TNF-αand IL-6 influence.Method：24 day-old female SD rats clean as a research object,by subcutaneous preparetions left alkynyl debbi progesterone silicon rods joint subcutaneously HCG method to establish the polycystic oary,detection methods of rat made mould front and dosing around in the serum of immune cell factor TNF-αand IL-6 influence.Results：build mode,model group IL-6,TNF-αlevel compared with normal controls were obviously higher.The NeiZhang pill treatment of high,medium and low dose group were significantly lower than the model.Conclusion：NeiZhang pill can reduce PCOS rats in the serum of immune cell factors IL-6 and TNF-αlevel,suggesting NeiZhang pill can improve PCOS immune internal environment.
