摘　　要：探讨当前中医药文化建设中如何立足于中医药学的人文特质,突出中医药文化的特点和亮点,在继承的基础上创新,把中医药的人文精神与时代精神紧密相结合,进一步落实科学发展观,促进现代中医药学的传承与创新发展。The article discussed how to construct the Chinese medicine culture which based on humanism characteristics,highlight the cultural characteristics and highlights of Chinese medicine,innovate in the foundation of inherits,combine the humanism and the zeitgeist of Chinese medicine,further carries out the scientific development concept,ultimately promote the inheritance and innovation development of modern Chinese medicine.
