摘　　要：张士舜老师根据40年治疗癌症的经验,提出辨证论治、辨病理论治、辨病位论治"三辨治癌"的治疗模式。文章从辨证论治与辨病论治中医思想,组方整体性与原则性、灵活性特点,分析还原与系统综合方法相结合复方研究理念,传统观念与现代研究成果相结合模式,对中医肿瘤转移辨治思路启示等几方面谈对"三辨治癌"的理解。分析"三辨治癌"思维模式对中医肿瘤研究的思路和方向,研究成果的性质和水平,以及对于理论的形成和发展的先导作用和临床价值。According to ZHANG Shi-shun teacher forty years experience,and puts forward the treatment of cancer treatment based on syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation distinguishing pathology,a treatment＂three differentiation cancer treatment mode＂.This paper treatment based on syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation of TCM formula integrity and thoughts,principle,flexibility analysis of the features of reduction and system synthesis method combining research ideas,traditional compound concept and modern research pattern combined with metastatic tumors,TCM differentiation thinking enlightenment to talk a few respects such as＂three differentiation carcinoma＂understanding.Analyzing the＂three differentiation carcinoma＂thinking mode of TCM in cancer research ideas and the direction,the research results of the nature and level,and the formation and development in theory of leading role and clinical value.
