摘　　要：从近年的毕业生反馈情况来看,他们普遍认为非智力因素对于他们自己能否在求职浪潮中脱颖而出、成功就业的影响较大。本文从就业指导角度,探讨了当前就业严峻形势下如何加强大学生非智力因素培养,从而提高就业指导的实效性、增强大学生的就业竞争力。From the graduate feedback in recent years,non-intelligence factors have been generally thought of as great impact on how college students successfully find jobs in the hot competition of employment.This article discusses how to strengthen the training of non-intelligence for college students under the severe situation at present so as to help them have the better understanding of employment,improve the actual effect of employment guidance and enhance college students＇ employability and competitiveness.
