小乳癌彩色多普勒超声诊断的影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的分析彩色多普勒超声对小乳癌(≤2.0cm)的诊断价值。方法 观察169例小乳腺肿物的二维声像图及彩色多普勒血流的表现,分析良恶性肿物的不同声像图改变。结果 乳腺良恶性小肿瘤在形态、边界、包膜、微钙化及血流形态等方面有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 小乳癌的超声诊断应以二维声像图为基础,不能仅凭血流的有无或血流量的多少来判断肿块的性质,但血管形态的改变对恶性病灶诊断特异性高。Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of small breast neoplasms （≤2.0 cm）on two - dimensional high - frequency ultrasound and color doppler flow imaging. Methods Survey the characteristics of two - dimensional sonogram and color Doppler flow imaging,and were analyzed. Results There was significant difference between benign and malignant breast lesions regarding the appearance of lesions including the shape,edge ,capsule ,the existence of calcification and the configuration of bloodflow（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion It was principal in diagnosing small carcinoma of breast on two - dimensional ultrasound, and it couldn＇t depend on the rich bloodflow, but the configuration of bloodflow were specificity.
