摘 要:目的检测Bcl-2、Bax蛋白及细胞凋亡在鳞癌中的表达,探讨其在鳞癌的发生、发展机制方面的作用。方法随机选择50例鳞癌手术标本及30例癌旁正常组织,应用免疫组化pv-9000法检测Bcl-2、Bax的表达,TUNEL法检测细胞凋亡指数(AI)。结果鳞癌中Bcl-2、Bax、AI的表达均高于正常组织(P<0.05);Bcl-2、Bax、AI在不同分化程度、TNM分期、淋巴结是否转移组中差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);AI在鳞癌不同直径组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);鳞癌中Bcl-2积分与AI成负相关关系(r=-0.73,P<0.05),Bax积分与AI成正相关关系(r=0.78,P<0.05)。结论 Bcl-2可能参与了肺癌初期的发生、发展并抑制了细胞凋亡;Bax与进展中肺癌细胞凋亡水平的升高有关。Objective To identify the effect of Bcl-2/Bax on the mechanism of squamous carcinoma,two kinds of protein and apoptosis were detected in the study.Methods 50 cases of squamous carcinoma after operation and 30 cases of normal tissue were choosed randomly in this experiment.Bcl-2 and Bax were detected by immunohistochemistry SP technique,the apoptosis was detected with TUNEL.Results Bcl-2,Bax,AI were higher than those in nomal lung tissues(P0.05).Bcl-2,Bax,AI positive points in differentiation grade,TNM stage,lymphatic metastasis have statistical significance(P0.05).The apoptosis index in different diameter also has statistical significance(P0.05).The relationship between Bcl-2 positive points and apoptosis indexs in squamous carcinoma was negative correlation(r=-0.73,P0.05).The relationship between Bax positive points and apoptosis indexs in squamous carcinoma was positive correlation(r=0.78,P0.05).Conclusion Bcl-2 is participated in the pristine genesis and development and inhibits the apoptosis of squamous carcinoma;Bax is concerned with the increase of apoptosis level in the progression of squamous carcinoma.
