热生理盐水联合顺铂胸腔灌注治疗恶性胸水的探讨

摘　　要：目的研究热生理盐水联合顺铂治疗恶性胸腔积液的临床疗效。方法将48例恶性胸水患者随机分为治疗组25例和对照组23例,治疗组采用41～43℃生理盐水联合顺铂胸腔灌注,对照组单纯用顺铂胸腔灌注治疗,观察治疗前后胸水的变化。结果治疗组控制胸水的有效率(CR+PR)为96.0%,对照组为56.5%,两者比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论热生理盐水联合顺铂胸腔灌注能有效控制恶性胸腔积液,疗效确切。Objective To study the therapeutic efficacy of intrapleural injection of hot sodium chloride and cisplatin on malignant pleural effusions.Methods Forty-eight patients of malignant pleural effusion were randomized into treatment group and control group：25 patients were treated with hot sodium chloride and cisplatin intrapleural injection（treatment group）;and 23 patients were treated with cisplatin intrapleural injection only（control group）.The changes in volume of pleural effusion and treatment side effects were observed.Results The effective rates（CR and PR）of treatment group and control were 96.0% and 56.5% respectively,and the difference was significant（P0.01）.Conclusion The result suggest that intrapleural injection of hot sodium chloride and cisplatin may be safe and effective in treating malignant pleural effusion.
