摘　　要：调查了丝绸与女装产业知识产权保护现状,对2001-2008年与丝绸专利相关的发明专利、实用新型专利和外观设计专利进行了分析,探讨了其总量分布、申请主体、地域分布的特点,并对浙江省三大专利的分布情况重点进行了介绍。This paper researches the current situation of intellectual property protection,and analyzes invention patents,utility model patents and appearance design patent correlated with silk in 2001-2008.It discusses the total distribution,application subject and the characteristic of regional distribution,and mainly introduces the distribution of three kinds patent in Zhejiang province.
