摘  要:采用壳聚糖和二氧化硫脲为原料,制备了壳聚糖单胍衍生物,研究了反应时间、温度、pH值及壳聚糖和三氧化硫脲的投料比等因素对产率的影响,采用L9(34)正交试验确定了最佳合成工艺。研究了壳聚糖单胍衍生物对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的最小抑菌浓度,采用红外光谱和核磁谱图对产物的结构进行表征,同时,还研究了抗菌剂用量、微波功率和时间等因素对氧化处理过羊毛的抗菌性影响,以得出最佳的整理工艺。结果表明,整理剂用量为1%(owf)、交联剂为柠檬酸、微波功率为400 W、处理时间为2 min时达到最好的抗菌性,在经过数次洗涤后,对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌值分别为4.82和3.90,仍具有较好的抗菌活性。In this paper,we used chitosan and thiourea dioxide as raw materials to prepare guanidinylated chitosan.Also,some parameters,such as reactive time,temperature,pH value,the molar radio of chitosan and thiourea trioxide,were researched,and L9(34) orthogonal test was used to obtain the best synthesis process.The MICs against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus acureus were got through the broad-spectrum antimicrobial test.The structures of chitosan guanidine hydrochloride were characterized by FT-IR and 13CNMR.At the same time,several factors including the finishing agents with different concentration,influences of microwave irradiation power and treating time on antimicrobial activity of the wool fabrics pretreated by H2O2 were studied.Through the determination of the antimicrobial activity to Staphylococcus acureus and Escherichia coli,we got the best finishing process,that was the dosage of finishing agent 1%(owf),citric acid as crosslinking agent,microwave irradiation power 400W and treatment time 2min.After several washing,the inhibition value was still as high as 4.82 and 3.9 for Staphylococcus acureus and Escherichia coli.
