摘　　要："医改"是一项纷繁复杂的系统工程。在"医改"工作中,应学习和运用辩证唯物思想方法。在发展理念上要避免只重"物"而不重"人",在卫生投入上要避免只见"近"而不见"远",在卫生资源配置上要避免只看"静"而不看"动",在统筹协调上要避免只比"纵"而不比"横",在内部分配上要避免只顾"花"而不顾"叶",在推动工作上要避免只务"虚"而不务"实",保证"医改"取得实实在在的效果。Health reform is a complicated systematic project.We should study and practice dialectical methods in health reform works.We should attach importance to the development of human resources,long-term health input,dynamic health resource allocation,lateral cooperation,supplemental internal allocation and work promotion.
