摘　　要：学术腐败问题并非简单的学术道德或作风问题,而是植根于产业化的学术市场问题。从学术论文市场利益链的视角入手,剖析学术论文市场的主体和利益链条,从必须写、写不出、敢不写三个方面挖掘其背后的根源。必须从斩断论文市场主体的需求入手,即改革研究生论文发表制度和高校教师职称评审制度才可能从根本上解决问题。同时,也必须加快建立健全学术培养机制,加大对学术不端行为的惩处力度,广泛运用论文反剽窃软件。Academic Corruption is not a simple issue of academic ethics or style,but it has been rooted in the industrialization of the paper market.From the perspective of the profit chain,the author carefully analyzes the subjects of the academic paper market and the profit chain,and taps into the roots behind it.Finally,the author finds the fundamental solution to the problem,namely,cutting off the need of the paper market including reforming the publishing system of post-graduates and the title review system of university teachers.Meanwhile,the author proposes some countermeasures and suggestions in terms of accelerating the establishment of a sound academic training mechanism,intensifying the penalties for academic misconduct as well as extensively using anti-plagiarism software.
