摘　　要：国际科技合作与交流是我国高校实现建立国际化大学战略目标的主要途径。针对我国高校开展国际科技合作与交流中存在的管理体制不健全、管理制度与措施不完善、资源保障不足以及公共服务体系不完备等主要问题,分析其原因,并提出相应的对策。International cooperation and exchanges in science and technology is a main way in building internationalized universities.Some universities have achieved a lot in this field.However,there still exist some problems,such as imperfect management systems and countermeasures,insufficient supporting resources and incomplete public service systems,etc.In this paper,the reasons for them are analyzed and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
