摘　　要：系统整合从最初军事领域内的技术性工作逐渐演变为现今一种新兴的产业组织模式和战略性商业活动,愈来愈成为现代企业的一种核心能力。系统整合理论主要包含三方面内容:一是系统整合作为一种新兴的产业组织模式的具体内涵和特征;二是在这种新的产业组织模式下系统整合对企业战略能力的意义;三是系统整合在全球价值链背景下所形成的系统整合关系的特征与影响。探讨系统整合理论对发展中国家企业赶超与发展具有重要的启示。Originally as a technical tool in the military field,systems integration has gradually become a new industrial organization mode and strategic business activities and one core capabilities for modern enterprises.The systems integration theory consists of three parts： the connotation and features of systems integration as a new industrial organization;the role of systems integration to the strategic capabilities of enterprises;the features and effects of systems integration relations formed by systems integration under the global value chain.This paper explores the reference of systems integration theory to the overtaking and development strategies of the enterprises in developing countries.
