摘  要:在弯矩作用下,含裂纹接管的应力强度因子研究鲜见报道,其研究结果对丰富缺陷压力容器的安全评定具有重要的意义。采用三维有限元方法,对含肩部穿透裂纹接管在弯矩作用下裂纹的应力强度因子KIM进行计算和分析。研究结果表明,弯矩与KIM呈线性关系,裂纹长度越大,KIM越大;接管和容器的壁厚增加、容器开孔增大,KIM均减少。同时给出了KIM拟合式和KIM与各参数关系以用于对此类缺陷的安全评定。The research of stress intensity factor for nozzle containing crack under moment, which has not been reported, is of great significance to assessing pressure vessel containing defects. The 3-D finite element method is applied to analyze the stress intensity factor KIM of the nozzle containing through-wall crack at the shoulder under moment. The research indicates that KIM is proportional to moment. And KIM increases when the crack length becomes larger. KIM decreases when the nozzle width, the vessel width and the hole radius become larger. The fitting formula and the table of relationship between KIM and the parameters are presented for the safety assessment of such defects.
