摘　　要：结合汽车装配线的工作模式,对零部件JIT配送上线系统进行了深入研究,并建立了行之有效的系统能力模型和算法,在实际中得到了很好的应用。After introducing the uperation mode of automobile assembly lines, the paper studies in-depth the spare part JIT distribution system as a feeder of materials to the overall assembly-line production system and formulates effective system capacity model and algorithm which prove useful in production practices.
