拌种对中早熟马铃薯LK99光合参数、干物质积累的影响

摘  要:采用Li-6400XT光合作用分析仪研究了多元微肥、旱地宝拌种对中早熟马铃薯LK99不同生育期的叶片光合参数及干物质积累、产量等的影响。研究结果表明,在LED有效辐照为1 200μmol CO2.m-2.s-1条件下,拌种处理对中早熟马铃薯LK99叶片生育期光合速率,生育前中期叶片气孔导度、胞间二氧化碳浓度、蒸腾速率、WUE(水分利用率)无显著影响,而对生育后期的叶片气孔导度、蒸腾速率、胞间二氧化碳浓度、WUE影响显著或极显著,对生育期的叶片叶绿素含量影响亦达极显著水平。与LK99常规播种处理相比,多元微肥拌种处理增产19%;旱地宝拌种处理增产12.7%。随着生育期的推进,中早熟马铃薯LK99干物质积累量呈现"慢-快-慢"的"S"型变化规律,而干物质积累速率则随生育期呈现单峰曲线变化,说明适时收获有利于LK99干物质的贮存。The effects of tuber seed treatments before sowing on photosynthetic characteristics and dry matter accumulation of early-muturity potato were studied.The results showed that treatments of tuber seed had no significant effect on leaf photosynthetic rate of whole growing period,stomatal conduction,transpiration rate,cell carbon dioxide concentration and photothetic water use efficiency(WUE) of foreward growing stage,but significantly or extremly significant effected leaf stomatal conduction,transpiration rate,concentration of CO2 and WUE,and also had extremly significant affected leaf chlorophyll content.Microelement fertilizer treatment had higher tuber yield than contrasted treatment with 19%,and Handibao treatment with 12.7% higher than the contrast.Along with growing stages going,dry matter accumulation curve of potato LK99 was a slow-fast-slow changing trend as a "S",but changing curve of dry matter accumulation rate was a sigle pike line with growing.Timely harvest had benefit for dry matter accumulation of potato LK99.
