基于择业价值取向的我国竞技体育人力资源利用率研究

摘　　要：主要以我国奥运冠军运动员退役后选择职业意向、以及我国招收普通高校高水平运动员学生攻读专业的选择方向两个方面为切入点,结合价值观理论分析我国目前竞技体育人力资源利用率现状进行分析探讨。研究认为:(1)提升我国普通高校体育类专业招收条件,突出专业性;(2)限定普通高校高水平运动员学生攻读专业为体育类专业,避免竞技体育人才在"院校化"模式下培养的"高水平运动员人才"出现"即专非专"型;(3)完善体育领域针对奥运冠军和国际级别运动员退役后就业管理机制,体现"循环利用,提高效益"的用人方式和可持续发展观理念,实现"物尽其用,人尽其才"的人力资源利用终极目标。The career orientation for Chinese retired Olympic champions and the specialty selection for high -level athlete students in colleges and universities are studied and the value outlook theory is borrowed to analyze the utility rate for Chinese present athletic sports human resources. It is maintained that the requirements for colleges and universities to recruit physical education majors should be raised to highlight professionalization, the specialty selection for high -level athlete students in colleges and universities should be limited to avoid the deprofessionalization of the athlete students, the management mechanism for retired Olympic champions and athletes of international level should be perfected to represent the talent employment of ＂recycled utility and increased profit＂ as well as the concept of sustainable development and realize the ultimate goal of utilizing human resources by making the best use of humans and resources.
