四川高校实施“阳光体育运动”的长效机制研究

摘　　要：对四川高校"阳光体育运动"认知水平、硬件建设、制度建设、条件保障进行现状调查。研究认为,四川高校"阳光体育"长效机制的建立包括:突出"针对性"是"阳光体育运动"宣传工作的关键;协同项目与场地器材配备是硬件建设的中心;完善保障制度,提升制度执行力是重点;健全激励机制,缩小行为动机与参与现状"剪刀差"是条件保障的核心。This paper surveys the status quo of the ＂cognition level, hardware construction, mechanism construction and condition guarantee＂ of the ＂sunshine sports program＂. It is maintained that the key to the long - term mechanism of ＂sunshine sports＂ in higher education is as follows： highlighting the ＂relevance＂ is key to the propaganda of the ＂ sunshine sports program＂ , coordinating the cooperation between sports venues and facilities and coordinating the cooperation between the program and the hardware is central to the hardware construction, perfecting the guarantee system and improving the mechanism enforcement power is the focus of the mechanism construction, perfecting the motivation mechanism and narrowing the gap between the motivation and participating status is the core of the condition guarantee.
