摘  要:曾国藩在家庭道德教育方面,回归原始儒学,强调修身从齐家开始,把传统伦理道德付诸家庭德育实践。其核心表现在,行道妻子,孝悌为本;勤俭持家,克己奉公;乐天知命,修身为本;读书明理,不忮不求。他的家庭德育思想既有儒家的传承,又与时俱进,更强调道德与实践的统一。曾国藩家庭德育思想影响深远,毛泽东、蒋介石等都曾提倡看曾国藩家书。对于构建和谐社会,曾国藩家庭德育思想仍具有积极的意义。The greatest success of Zeng Guofan lies in family moral education. Based on traditional confucianism,he stressed that the cultivation of one's morality is built on the harmony of a family and that the traditional moral principle should be put into the practice of family moral education. The core of his idea lies in the following four aspects. Firstly,to publicize morality which is based on filial piety and brotherly love in family. Secondly,to be industrious and thrifty in household management and work selflessly for the public interest. Thirdly,to focus on self-cultivation and to be content with what one is; Forth,to be reasonable by study and to be neither jealous nor greedy. Zeng Guofan's idea on family moral education originated from confucianism and developed with the time while emphasizing the unity of morality and practice. This is what we have neglected. This idea was so important that the family letter of Zeng Guofan has been advocated by great people like Mao Zedong and Jiang Jieshi and so on. Today,this idea still has positive influence on the construction of harmonious society.
