摘 要:目的明确针灸穴位和经络的解剖学基础。方法利用数字人数据和CT,MRI数据,对人体结缔组织断面图像进行标记和重建,并与中医经络相比较。对全身筋膜结缔组织支架进行生物进化和胚胎发育分析。结果对人体结缔组织断面图像进行标记和重建,显示出与中医经络记载走行接近的影像结构,提示全身的结缔组织均与经络密切相关。结论经络的解剖学基础是人体筋膜支架。穴位是筋膜上在接受刺激时能产生较强生物信息的部位。作者提出一种新的解剖学分科方法和学术研究领域,即筋膜解剖学。筋膜解剖学认为人体是由非特异性结缔组织支架所构成的支持与储备系统以及由已分化功能细胞所构成的功能系统所构成。Objective To investigate the anatomical basis of acupoints and meridians. Methods The sectional image of human connective tissue was marked and reconstructed using digital virtual human data and the CT and MRI data and compared with the meridians and collaterals of traditional Chinese medicine. The general frame of fascial connective tissue was analyzed from biologic evolution and embryonic development. Results The marking and reconstruction of the sectional image of human connective tissue showed the image structure close to the routes of meridians recorded in traditional Chinese medicine and suggested that the connective tissue of the whole body was closely related to meridians and collaterals. Conclusion The anatomical basis of meridians and collaterals is human fascial frame. An acupuncture point is a place on the fascia that can produce strong bioinformation when stimulated. We propose a new anatomical branch and academic research field, namely fascial anatomy. Fascial anatomy considers that the human body consists of a supporting and storing system formed from non-specific connective tissue frames and a functional system composed of differentiated functional cells.
