摘　　要：目的:探讨支气管袖式切除治疗中央型肺癌的疗效。方法:对46例以支气管袖式切除治疗中央型肺癌的临床资料进行回顾性分析与总结。结果:全组术前确诊46例,治愈46例,并发症3例。结论:支气管袖式切除治疗中央型肺癌在尽可能根治切除肿瘤的前提下,尽可能保留正常肺组织,扩大手术适应症,避免因肺叶切除所引起术后并发症及肺功能不全,从而提高病人生活质量和治愈信心。可作为外科治疗肺癌的常规手术方式。Objective： To explore the effect of central lung cancer treated with bronchial sleeve resection.Methods： The data of 46 cases central lung cancer treated with bronchial sleeve resection were summarried and analyzed.Results： All 46 diagnosed cases were cured,3 of them with complication.Conclusion： In order to avoid the complication and lung function insufficiency resulted from radical resection,We＇d better preserve the lung tissue.Then the life quality will be improved.
