无痛胃镜在九年义务教育期儿童患者中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨丙泊酚在九年义务教育期儿童无痛胃镜检查术的有效性和安全性。方法:对180例儿童患者进行无痛胃镜检查。结果:检查后家属满意100%,患儿对检查过程遗忘100%.慢性胃炎发病率最高,HP阳性感染率为12.50%。结论:丙泊酚静脉麻醉是儿童无痛胃镜检查的一种安全、有效的方法。无痛胃镜术可用于提高儿童患者的消化道疾病诊治。Objective To explore the effectiveness and safety of using of propofol during pediatric gastroscopy in Children period of compulsory education . Methods A tatal of 180 children patient have Anesthetic gastroseopy. Results 100% parents are satisfied of examination report and 100% patients forgot what happen .Morbidity of chronic gastritis is highest,infection rate of HP positive is 12.50 %. Conclusion It is safe , effective and available to use propofol in the pediatric gastroscopy examination. Anesthetic Gastroscopy increase the morbidity of children digestive disease.
