中医治疗脑积水5例疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医对脑积水形成的病因病机的认识及中医治疗方法。方法:回顾性分析5例脑积水患者临床资料,对其治疗过程中用到的中医中药治疗方法进行讨论、分析。在治疗中标本兼治,以治本为主。外吸药三香消水丹开窍走窜,引浊水外流;内服药通脑消水丹益气化瘀,利水消肿,补脑益智丹补肾填精益智。通过综合治疗脑积水,从而取得一定的效果。结果:痊愈3例,显效1例,有效1例。结论:中医治疗能有效的改善脑积水患儿的临床症状,减少脑积水的产生,控制脑积水的发展。Objective：To investigate the formation of hydrocephalus TCM etiology and pathogenesis of knowledge and TCM treatment. Methods： A retrospective analysis of five cases of hydrocephalus clinical data used in its treatment of Chinese medicine treatment methods are discussed and analyzed. In the treatment of both the root causes to the main root. Outside smoking drug SANXIANGXIAOSHUIDAN en- lightening go channeling, educing hydrocephalus outflow; Internal medicine TONGNAOXIAOSHUIDAN benefiting vital energy and dissolv- ing stasis, inducing diuresis to alleviate edema, BUSHENYIZHIDAN invigorating the kidney, renewing pneuma and fructusing alpiniae oxy- phyllae.Through the integrated treatment of hydrocephalus, to obtain some results. Results：Cured in 3 cases,markedly effective in 1 case,1 ease of effective. Conclusion： Chinese medicine can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of hydrocephalus in children,, reduce the production of hydrocephalus, control the development of hydrocephalus.
