摘 要:零中频接收系统以其高集成、低功耗和易于单片集成等优点,正成为射频接收机中极具竞争力的一种结构。针对零中频接收机存在IQ不平衡和直流漂移等固有问题,对两种接收机形式由于存在相位偏移产生镜像信号的系统性能进行分析,并对其抑制能力进行仿真比较。再基于Similink软件重点分析交叉混频结构存在相位误差对接收系统性能的影响优于常规的单正交零中频结构,并在相同相位误差的条件下比较两种接收机矢量变化和信噪比对相位的敏感度。通过实验证明:这种交叉混频的结构大大降低了对集成器件工艺偏差的敏感度,使其能更快地投入实际市场中。The zeroIF receiver system with the advantagments of? high integration and low power consumption and ease of monolithic integration, is becoming a highly competitive structure in the radio frequency receiver. For the existences of the IQ imbalance and the DC drift inherent problems in zeroIF receiver, the system performance of image signals generated from existence of the phase shift in two types of receivers has been analyzed, and its suppression has been made simulation and comparison. Based on the similink software, the impact of the existing phase error in the crossmixing structure on the performance of the receiving system is superior to the conventional singlequadrature zeroIF structure ,which is mainly analyzed. Under the condition of the same phase error vector change and signal to noise ratio for the sensitivity of phase of the two receivers have been compared. The performance via experiment shows that the crossmixing structure has greatly reduced the sensitivity of the integrated device technology deviation, which enables it to more quickly be invested in the actual market.
