鼻咽癌组织中VEGF-C和VEGF-D的表达与淋巴转移的关系

摘　　要：目的:检测血管内皮生长因子VEGF-C和VEGF-D在鼻咽癌中的表达与淋巴转移之间的关系。方法:免疫组化法检测VEGF-C和VEGF-D在35例鼻咽癌组织标本及20例正常对照组织中的表达,计数微淋巴管密度(MLD),分析VEGF-C和VEGF-D表达及MLD与临床病理特征之间和淋巴转移的关系。结果:肿瘤组织中VEGF-C和VEGF-D的表达率分别是77%(27/35)和82%(29/35),肿瘤组织MLD(5.387±4.986)明显高于正常对照组织(1.901±1.455)(P<0.05)。VEGF-C和VEGF-D的表达成正相关关系(r=0.786)。结论:VEGF-C和VEGF-D在鼻咽癌中可能通过增加肿瘤周边区域的淋巴管新生,促进肿瘤经淋巴道转移。Objective To investigate the relationship between lymph node metastasis and expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor-C,D （VEGF-C and VEGF-D） in nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Method The tumor tissues were collected from 35 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and 20 normal tissues were used as control.The expressions of VEGF-C and VEGF-D were detected by immunohistochemical method,and the count of micro lymphatic density （MLD） was measured.We analyzed their relationships with tumor clinicopathologic characteristics and lymph node metastasis.Results The expression rate of VEGF-C and VEGF-D in 35 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma were 77%（27/35） and 82%（29/35）,respectively.MLD in tumor border tissue was obviously higher than that in the normal tissue （5.387±4.986） VS （1.901±1.455） （P0.05）.Expression levels of VEGF-C and VEGF-D correlated significantly with each other （r=0.786）.Conclusion VEGF-C and VEGF-D might promote lymphatic metastasis by inducing lymphangiogenesis especially at the edge of nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissue.
