摘　　要：目的观察L型钙离子通道Cav1.2亚型在大鼠磨牙牙胚发育过程中的时空表达特征,探讨其在牙齿发育中的作用。方法制作大鼠不同时期牙胚发育标本,采用免疫组织化学方法,观察Cav1.2在大鼠牙胚发育的不同时期的表达。结果 Cav1.2在大鼠磨牙发育的蕾状期、帽状期,牙蕾上皮和内釉上皮层呈弱阳性表达;钟状期时,Cav1.2在内釉上皮层和成牙本质细胞层呈阳性表达,并随着牙本质的矿化阳性表达增强。结论 Cav1.2在大鼠牙胚发育过程中具有时空表达特异性,推测其在牙胚的发育和细胞分化中发挥重要作用。Objective To investigate the expression of Cav1.2 in developing rat molar.Methods Tooth germ paraffin sections were made and stained using immunohistochemical technique to examine the expression of Cav1.2 at different stages in developing rat molar.Results Weak staining of Cav1.2 in the oral epithelium and inner enamel epithelium in the bud and cap stage and positive staining in the inner emamel epithelium and odontoblasts in the bell stage were detected,while enhanced staining in odontoblasts could be seen in the process of dentin mineralization.conclusion The expression of Cav1.2 during the tooth germ development possess spatio-temporal character.The results suggest that Cav1.2 may contribute to the development of tooth germ and differentiation of the cells.
