摘　　要：实验研究了PVB加入量从0.2%～2.0%时,对醇基粉煤灰铸铁涂料的悬浮性、粘结性、高温抗裂性等主要性能的影响。结果发现:随着粉煤灰铸铁涂料中PVB加入量的增加,涂料的悬浮性提高,条件粘度增加,而涂料的高温抗裂性变差。The research was carried out to study the effect of PVB additions, as its content varies from 0.2% to 2.0%, on properties of alcohol-based fly ash mold coating such as suspend property, viscidity, high temperature crack resistance, etc. Results show that with the increasing of PVB content, the suspend property and viscidity of the coating are improved, but the high temperature crack resistance deteriorates.
