摘 要:目的评价3种根充糊剂对侧支根管的充填、封闭能力。方法选取60颗离体牙分别于牙根距根尖孔3mm,6mm,9mm处近远中面制备模拟侧支根管,制作侧支根管模型,随机分为3组,每组20个,分别采用牙胶尖加AHPlus糊剂冷侧方加压根充(A组)、流动牙胶GuttaFlow加单牙胶尖根充(B组)、牙胶尖加氧化锌丁香酚糊剂(ZOE)冷侧压根充(C组)。利用X线根尖片测量充填糊剂进入侧支根管的深度并计数封闭的侧支根管数。对侧支根管用印度墨水染色,应用透明牙技术在体式显微镜下放大20倍测量各侧支根管渗漏情况。结果根据充填材料封闭侧支根管率,3种根充糊剂对侧支根管的充填能力从大到小依次为A=B〉C,有统计学意义;经统计分析,C组在9ram,6mm,3mm水平对侧支根管的充填效果均较差,A,B组在9mm,6mm水平对侧支根管的充填效果均较好。根据微渗漏情况,A,B组在3个水平对侧支根管的封闭能力好于C组,A组与B组间差异无显著性:结论AHPlus和GuttaFlow对侧支根管有较好的充填、封闭效果。Objective To evaluate the ability of three kinds of paste fillers to fill artificial lateral canals and prevent microleakage. Methods Sixty freshly extracted single-rooted human teeth model with simulated lateral canals were randomly assigned to three groups( n = 20 ) and they were obturated with cold lateral compacted gutta-percha and AH Plus(group A) ,single cone and GuttaFlow (group B) ,and cold lateral compacted gutta-percha and zinc-oxide engend sealer(group C) respectively. After the obturation,buccal-lingual digital radiographs were taken. The depth of the filling materials in lateral canals was measured and the obturated lateral canals were counted. And the roots were immersed in Indian ink and were made transparent. The extent of dye penetration was measured under stereoscope with 20X magnification. Results Based on the ratio of the obturated lateral canals, the order of the obturating ability was A = B 〉 C. The difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The effectiveness of obturation in group C was poorer at 9mm, 6mm,3mm level. The effectiveness was better at 9mm,6mm level in group A and B(P 〉0.05). Based on the extent of dye penetration, regarding to the ability of preventing microleakage at 9mm,6mm,3mm level,group A and B were superior to group C. The difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). In group A and B, the difference was no statistical significant ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion AH Plus and GuttaFlow showed the good ability of filling and obturating simulated lateral canals.
