摘　　要：为了确保高校入学考试的公平与客观,促进俄罗斯教育质量的提高,加快教育现代化的进程,俄罗斯政府实施了国家统一考试,代替之前的中学毕业考试和大学入学考试。其高考制度改革正朝着由自主到统考的方向发展,并体现出考取大学的机会增加、考试安排人性化、统一与自主相结合等特点。In order to make the examination fair,just and impersonal,and to improve the quality of education and to promote the process of educational modernization,the Russian government has carried on the uniform examination instead of the middle school graduation examination and college entrance examination.Russian college entrance examination system has been developing on the way from independence to the uniform,which has shown such features as increasing the opportunity of college enrollment,the humanity of examination arrangements,and the integration of uniform college entrance examination and independence one.
