摘　　要：背景与目的:近期研究表明GATA3作为转录因子与正常乳腺组织及乳腺癌的发生、发展相关,同时与乳腺癌的预后也可能相关。本研究旨在通过检测乳腺癌中GATA3的表达水平,分析其与预后的关系,以探讨GATA3在乳腺癌预后中的意义。方法:采用免疫组化方法检测100例乳腺癌中GATA3的表达水平并分析其与其他临床病理指标以及预后的关系。结果:GATA3的低表达与肿瘤高组织分级、淋巴结转移、ER阴性状态、PR阴性状态、Her-2过度表达等表示预后较差的指标相关(P<0.05),但与确诊年龄、肿瘤大小无关(P>0.05);全部乳腺癌患者中,GATA3阳性表达者5年总生存率为83.6%,高于GATA3阴性表达者的62.2%,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);ER阳性并接受他莫昔芬治疗的乳腺癌患者中,GATA3阳性表达者5年总生存率为87.8%,高于GATA3阴性表达者的60.0%,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:GATA3在乳腺癌中的表达与乳腺癌的分化水平、转移能力相关,并且GATA3可作为乳腺癌预后的一个判断指标。Background and purpose：Recent studies show that GATA3 is associated not only with the development of normal breast tissue and breast cancer as a transcription factor,but also with its prognosis.This study was aimed to investigate the expression of GATA3 in breast cancer,analyze the relationship between GATA3 and the prognosis of breast cancer and explore the clinical significance of GATA3 for the prognosis of breast cancer.Methods：The expression level of GATA3 in 100 breast cancer cases were detected by means of immunohistochemistry and the relationship between GATA3 and other clinicopathologic factors were analyzed.The relationship between GATA3 and prognosis was analyzed.Results：Low expression of GATA3 in breast cancer tissues was associated with high histological tumor grade,lymph node involvement,ER（-）,PR（-） and over expression of Her-2,but not with age or tumor size（P0.05）.In all breast cancer patients,the 5-year overall survival rate of GATA3-positive cases was 83.6%,which was higher than the 62.2% in GATA3-negative cases（P0.05）.In all cases that were ER（＋） and had tamoxifen therapy,the 5-year overall survival rate of the GATA3-positive cases was 87.8%,which was higher than the 60.0% in GATA3-negative cases（P0.05）.Conclusion：The results suggested that GATA3 expression in breast cancer was related to differentiation levels and different metastatic abilities of breast cancer.GATA3 may be a prognostic factor for breast cancer.
