摘  要:以淀粉和丙烯酸为原料,用水溶液聚合法制备淀粉接枝聚丙烯酸高吸水树脂(St-g-PAA),在20~40℃研究St-g-PAA对CuSO4的吸附行为。结果表明,St-g-PAA对CuSO4的室温吸附行为符合Freundlish关系,等温吸附表达式为:Γe=0.06c0.3(g/g),其吸附过程具有一级反应特征,反应速率常数为:k=6.92×10-9×exp(35.418 4 kJ/RT),吸附过程的表观活化能Ea=-35.418 4 kJ/mol,具有反应温度低、吸附速度快的特点。With starch and acrylic acid as raw marerials,the starch grafted polyacrylic acid(St-g-PAA) superabsorbent was prepared by aqueous solution.The adsorption behavior of CuSO4 by the starch grafted polyacrylic acid was tested and studied at 20~40 ℃.The results showed that the adsorption behavior of CuSO4 by nanocomposite at room temperature was in accordance to Freundlish relationship with an equilibrium absorbing capacity of Γe=0.06c0.3(g/g),at unit mass the adsorptional process followed after the one-order reaction.The reaction rate constant was k=6.92×10-9exp(35.41 kJ/RT) with the apparent energy Ea=-35.41 kJ/mol.The reaction temperature is low,the adsorption speed is fast.
