摘　　要：目的 分析鼻型NK/T细胞淋巴瘤的临床特征、近期疗效、远期生存和预后情况.方法 回顾性分析2001年1月至2008年12月我科收治的45例鼻型NK/T细胞淋巴瘤患者的临床资料.结果 全组患者治疗后达完全缓解24例,部分缓解8例,总有效率71.1%（32/45）.全组中位随访时间15个月,死亡19例,均死于疾病本身,余26例仍在随访中.总的1、3、5年生存率分别为68.3%、57.1%和43.7%.多因素分析表明,B症状对预后的影响较为明显（P=0.001）.结论 鼻型NK/T细胞淋巴瘤具有独特的疾病特征,总体生存率低,预后不良,需探索新的有效治疗方法.Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics, short-term and long-term outcome, overall survival and prognosis of nasal-type,natural killer T-cell lymphoma（NK/TCL） patients. Methods Clinical data of 45 patients with nasal NK/T cell lymphoma from Jan 2001 to Dec 2008 were analyzed retrospectively. Results The complete remission rate was 53.3% （24/45）and the partial remission rate was 17. 8% （8/45）, the overall response rate was 71.1% （32/45）. At a median follow-up of 15 months, the 1-year,3-year and 5-year survival rates were 68. 3% ,57. 1% ,and 43. 7% respectively. Multivariate analysis showed that B symptoms was independent prognostic factors of NK/TCL（ P = 0. 001 ）. Conclusions NK/TCL showed specific characteristics, and the long-term survival rate is still poor. Investigation of optional treatment is needed.
