ORK引导的非球面切削与标准切削LASIK手术前后Q值比较

摘　　要：目的比较ORK引导的非球面切削与标准切削准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK)手术前后非球面系数Q值的变化情况。方法回顾性分析120例(240只眼)患者,术前平均等效球镜度为-5.00DS,术后裸眼视力均在1.0以上。ORK组有60例(120只眼)接受ORK程序引导的非球面切削,LASIK组有60例(120只眼)接受LASIK标准切削。对两组手术前后Q值进行比较,随访6个月。采用独立样本t检验和配对t检验统计法进行组间和组内统计分析,P<0.05有统计意义。结果所有术眼没有发生严重的不良反应和并发症。术前两组Q值无统计学差异。术后ORK组Q值为0.51±0.28,LASIK组为0.72±0.39,ORK组比LASIK组的增加值要小,且有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 ORK引导的非球面切削与LASIK,的标准切削相比,术后引起Q值的增加值变小,有助于改善术后患者的视觉质量,但仍需进一步优化非球面切削程序。Objective To investigate the Q value after ORK-guided aspheric surgery ,and compare with the traditional Methods of spherical surgery.Methods This study includes 120 patients （altogether 240 eyes）,divided into two groups at random,separately accept the aspheric surgery （group ORK,60 patients,120 eyes） and spherical surgery （group LASIK,60 patients,120 eyes）. Any eyes that has the refractive surgery history and eyes may bring the influence to this research were not invloved . Independent sample t test and matched-pairs t test statistical Methods are used to carries on the statistical analysis in the group and between the group for respectively,the P value that smaller than 0.05 are thought to have statistics significance.Results Preoperative,No significant difference was noted about Q value between two groups. Q value （the 6mm pupil diameter） after ORK-guided aspheric surgery is 0.51±0.28,while Q value （the 6mm pupil diameter） after the traditional Methods of spherical surgery is 0.72±0.39.Group ORK is significant smaller than group LASIK （P0.05）.Conclusion The increase Q value after ORK-guided aspheric excimer laser refractive surgery is decreased comparing to traditional Methods of spherical surgery which Results in superiority to improve the postoperative visual quality and it also need to improve the aspheric procedure.
