吲哚菁绿染色辅助撕囊技术在白内障手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨0.05%吲哚菁绿稀释液染色前囊膜辅助撕囊技术在白内障手术中应用的有效性、安全性和操作技巧。方法采用回顾性、描述性分析的方法,总结我院11例(11只眼)采用0.05%吲哚菁绿稀释液染色技术的患者术前、术中及术后的情况。结果所有患者均染色成功,前囊膜被染色呈浅绿色,撕囊过程中能清晰地分辨前囊膜与混浊的晶状体皮质,准确地判断撕囊的边界,防止囊袋撕裂等并发症的出现。术后随访1个月期间未发现与染色有关的角膜内皮受损、角膜水肿失代偿、虹膜炎及眼压升高等并发症。结论在白内障超声乳化手术中采用0.05%吲哚菁绿稀释液染色辅助撕囊的技术能安全、有效地改善前囊膜的能见度,提高撕囊和手术的成功率。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of indocyanine green （ICG） in staining human anterior lens capsule for facilitating continuous curvilinear capsulorhexis.Methods A retrospective and descriptive research method was used to review 8 cases with mature or hypermature cataract who accept indocyanine green capsule staining in surgery.Results Capsulorhexis using indocyanine green to stain the capsule was successfully carried out in all of the 8 patients with mature or hypermature cataract . During the 1-month follow-up period ,complications related to the dye ,such as impaired endothelial function ,iriditis or high intraocular pressure were not observed.Conclusion Indocyanine green staining of anterior capsule facilitates visualization of capsulorhexis can increases the successful rate. It is also safe ,quick and easy to perform.
